Listed below we detail our commitment to you and provide a few simple guidelines to make your purchase as smooth as possible.

    2. Products

    We make every effort to display and list as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications and details of the products on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications and details of the products will be accurate, complete, current or free of other errors. Your electronic display such as mobile, tablet or desktop device may not accurately reflect the actual colour and details of the product. All products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee the items will be in stock at the time of purchase. Prices for all products are subject to change.

    3. Purchases and Payments

    You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

    You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect with your purchase and any applicable shipping fees and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for such amount upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing even if we have already received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at any time.

    4. Delivery

    Our deliveries are made by an external logistics company and our own in house team. If we need to use an external courier to fulfil your order we are required to provide the courier company with your personal details such as: name, address and telephone number. It is essential that all details are correct, if you provide us with incorrect details you may incur additional delivery charges if your order has been dispatched.

    Smaller items may be delivered by Royal Mail, or APC if you are out at the time of delivery they will leave a delivery note so you can re-arrange delivery or collect the item yourself from a local depot.

    Large,  heavy or specialist items may be delivered by pallet network to ensure they get to you in the safest way possible. Large deliveries are ‘kerbside only’ Please note that pallet deliveries of this nature will be delivered as close as possible to your front door,  If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats) or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.

    PLEASE NOTE: No drivers, including our own are insured to take the goods inside your property. Please understand that this instruction is stipulated by the insurance companies. It is strongly recommended that at least two able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.

    5. Delivery Lead Times

    We will make every effort to deliver within your required timescales  but we are unable to guarantee a delivery date. Any delivery dates or times provided during are estimated and are subject to change. If an item is out of stock and has a longer lead time than expected you will be contacted by our sales team to let you know.

    Smaller items should be delivered within 48 Hours after you receive a dispatch notification.

    For items sent via an external logistics company. The will contact you (usually within 48 hours after the order has been dispatched). If you miss a pre-booked delivery you may be liable for a redelivery charge this is at the courier’s discretion.

    If you have not heard from us within 5 working days of receiving your order confirmation please contact us and we will assist you in tracking you order.​

    6. Checking Your Order

    When items are delivered by our own staff then goods should be checked  and signed for accordingly.  Any damage should be apparent at this point but you have 48hrs to check the delivery after the driver has left unless the item has a specific note to be checked thoroughly at the time of delivery.   Any missing or incorrect items must also be advised within 48hrs.

    When delivered by an external courier the below applies.

    For deliveries that arrive by courier you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 48hrs of the delivery. If the item has arrived damaged please refuse delivery and send back with the delivery driver. If we are not notified of damage within 48hrs we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the courier service. If the product is discovered to be damaged after this time then we will charge you for a replacement plus P&P.

    If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check.

    If you discover your product to be damaged within the time-scales provided above then please email our sales team sales@londonroadbathrooms.com with a picture attached of the damage. We will then proceed with ordering a replacement as well as arranging a collection for the faulty item.

    7. Returns/Cancellation Policy

    You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.

    You are unable to cancel or return products that are specifically made to your specification or personalised at your request, for example bespoke or tailor made products.

    We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you should wish to return an item to us, then providing the item is unopened and in re-saleable condition we can exchange the item.  Should you require a refund a re-stocking charge of 25% may apply after 14 days that you have taken receipt of the item. 

    We are not responsible for any return costs for unwanted items, you will need to arrange for the shipping yourself and ensure their safe return.

    PLEASE NOTE: We cannot refund goods that have not been subjected to reasonable care whilst in your possession or that have been or attempted to have been installed or fitted. Refunds will only be issued when goods have been returned and checked by our returns department. Once the item has been checked and we are unable to process a refund our sales team will contact you to provide further information.

    If you find that the items you have received are incorrect or that there are items missing from the delivery please call or email sales@londonroadbathrooms.com immediately and we will investigate the problem. If it is found that products are incorrect or missing the situation will be rectified as quickly as possible with no additional charges incurred by you.

    These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

    1. Disclaimer

    We strongly recommend that you do not book a tradesman until you have received our goods and checked they are in perfect condition. Any modifications of products will invalidate the warranty. We will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has left our warehouse. Should there be damage to your goods then our liability for losses you suffer as a result of this is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side-effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, waste of management or office time).
